 Tom Moriarty, PE, CMRP is a retired Coast Guard officer, with experience from “hands-on” machinery technician, to line supervisor, department head, executive and business owner. Tom earned a reputation as a results oriented leader and strategic thinker. He was the US Coast Guard’s National Society of Professional Engineer’s Federal Engineer of the Year in 2003, for innovative work management processes and implementation of a predictive maintenance program. Tom worked for others as a senior consultant and business unit manager. He has worked with a number of other great independent consultants in a variety of fields; including refining, chemical, power generation, aerospace, higher education, facilities, food & beverage, discrete manufacturing, military, water/wastewater, healthcare, mining and others.
Having experienced other consulting businesses as a customer and as a consultant Tom recognized that there was a better way. He created a business model that leverages the knowledge and enthusiasm of talented independent consultants.
